• Individual Investment Administration Trust

The Individual Investment Administration Trust is created for the administration of the moneys of the settlor by our fiduciary company, or by one of our strategic allies, if needed, independently of other investment trusts.

• Infrastructure Financing Trust

The Infrastructure Financing Trust was conceived according to two main lines : First, it allows the investor to make sure that the real property under administration will be used to develop a construction project and, afterwards transferred to the final beneficiary.

Second, its creation may allow the final beneficiary of the Project to make sure that the funds furnished by the investors will cover the implementation, completion and payments to third parties of a given work.

• Project Trust

The Project Trust is used for the collection or gathering of a capital by a group of investors to initiate a Project.

• Liquidity Trust

Through a Liquidity Trust, the grantor or settlor may obtain liquidity out of non-liquid assets or low rotation assets.
