President - Ellis Vidal Cano Plata

Earned a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, with a Major in Accounting, from the School of Managerial Sciences of the Universidad de Panama , and, accordingly, he was credited as certified public accountant.

In 1979 he obtained an MBA, with a Major in Banking and Finances, from the INCAE

He is founder associate, organizer and former member of the Board of Directors of the Stock Exchange of Panama.

He was President of Negocios en Valores , S.A. , an office he left to become a Commissioner of the Comision Nacional de Valores (National Securities Commission), where he acted as President, Vice-president and designated Commissioner for the Commission on Regulation of the Retirement Funds Act.

Presently, he is President of the consulting firm Stratego Consulting.
