Secretary - Gilberto Sucre II

In 1971 he obtained his Law and Political Sciences Degree from the School of Law of the Universidad de Panama and, that same year, he became a practicing lawyer in the Republic of Panama.

He studied Business Administration in the Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua.

Mr. Sucre has served under various Government Administrations as Vice Minister and Minister of Treasury and Vice minister and Minister of Labor, among other positions.

He was founder and former director, secretary and President of the Stock Exchange of Panama and is currently General

Advisor (Consejero) thereof; and of Central Latinoamericana de Valores (Latin Clear), Fitch Centroamericana (Risk Assessement) and Bolsa Nacional de Productos (National Commodity Exchange).

He is partner of the law firm SUCRE & ASOCIADOS.
