• Collective Administration Investment Fund

The Collective Administration Investment Fund makes possible that the money trusted to the fiduciary company by the grantor or settlor be administrated jointly with the other investment funds, whether regular or special funds.

ABS Trust is in position to constitute trusts aimed to invest in Investment Funds jointly administrated by administration companies duly authorized for such purpose.

• Retirement or Pension Funds

The Retirement or Pension Fund is created in order for the settlor to effect voluntary contributions by him/herself or on behalf of his/her employer, or both, to be administrated according to his/her instructions with the better yield to maturity.

• Severance Fund

The Severance Fund makes possible for the employer to effect contributions for administration to cover seniority Premium and compensations resulting from the termination of the working relation for justified dismissals or resignation of a worker.
