Treasurer - Carlos Ricardo Henríquez

Obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the Florida State University , Tallahassee , Florida , in 1974.

He earned an MBA from INCAE in 1976.

He belongs to a select group of directors of a number of companies, institutions and associations such as Multi Holding Corporation, Valores Comerciales de Panama, Bancolat and Inverlat, Comisión Bancaria Nacional (National Banking Commission) and the Asociación Bancaria Nacional (National Banking Association).

He is a member of the Credit Committee of the BAC, President of the Board of Directors of Gold Mills, S.A. and Calox Panama and member of the Board of Directors of the Stock Exchange of Panama.
